When I founded IMO Pokhara in 2023, I had a simple but powerful vision — to strengthen families by empowering parents and educating children. Having witnessed the daily struggles faced by many families in our communities, I believed that lasting change must begin at home.
Our journey began with small steps: listening to parents, understanding their needs, and working together to create practical solutions. From education support and scholarship programs to integrated farming training and poverty reduction initiatives, we have remained committed to building self-reliant communities.
I firmly believe that when we support one parent, we uplift an entire family. When we educate one child, we shape a brighter future for the whole community.
The progress we see today is not just the success of our organization, but the strength of collective action — volunteers, partners, and community members walking together with hope and determination.
